1. Data controller

2. Data processed

In ChatGPT, ImmoROIStudio receives only the information that ChatGPT or you explicitly provide to its tools: property characteristics and location, calculation assumptions, search criteria, selected listing references, and stated requests. ImmoROIStudio does not automatically receive your full ChatGPT history.

The listing portfolio is based on a snapshot of ten public listings from Frédéric Tribolet — Capifrance, collected on October 9, 2026, with their sources and observation dates. It is a limited commercial portfolio, not private client files or coverage of the whole market. Searches use the latest snapshot served; they do not check the source websites live on every request.

The beta form processes your email, profile, consent, optional postal code, and bounded attribution parameters. Contact details for an introduction are processed only with explicit consent. Limited technical logs may include IP address, timestamp, security event, and technical identifier.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• answer your request and provide decision support: performance of the requested service;
• manage beta access or an introduction: consent;
• secure, diagnose, and improve reliability: legitimate interests;
• comply with legal obligations.

4. Recipients

Data is available only to authorized staff and providers required for hosting, database, security, email, and consented analytics. Personal data is not sold.

After your confirmation, the information displayed in the recap, including listing references when present, is stored for the ImmoROIStudio team and may be emailed to that team to answer your request. Searching, selecting, comparing, or preparing a visit does not send a request to a professional. This workflow does not distribute your details to a network of professionals. Any further disclosure requires separate information and agreement.

The maps load their base map from Apple Maps; requests required to display it may communicate your IP address, technical browser information, and requested map areas to Apple. See Apple Maps privacy information. Municipality and arrondissement boundaries come from IGN Admin Express through data.gouv.fr. They do not locate properties at a precise address. Opening a source link is a voluntary action that takes you to a third-party website governed by its own rules; listing searches do not automatically transmit your conversation to that website.

OpenAI separately processes your ChatGPT conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. ImmoROIStudio does not claim to control that separate relationship.

5. Retention

If you request a decision PDF, an immutable copy of the necessary facts and results is stored. Its link is valid for 30 days and accessible to anyone who holds it: share it only with your intended recipients. When it expires, the link becomes inaccessible; expiration does not automatically delete the stored copy. You may request erasure at privacy@immoroistudio.com and identify the relevant link.

A listing search, detail lookup, or comparison may create a temporary copy of the criteria and result needed for display, even before a map is opened. This copy also supports rendering maps and panels: normally 10 minutes, with a maximum of 1 hour. It becomes inaccessible when it expires and a purge runs every minute. It is not a permanent file for your property project.

To resume your choices, ImmoROIStudio temporarily stores the identifiers of up to four listings and the technical information needed to identify their latest selection. This storage expires one hour after it starts; changing your choices does not extend that deadline. Expired records are deleted by the cleanup that runs every minute. This selection does not store your full conversation history or contact details.

After you explicitly select a listing, a continuation identifier may be attached to the ChatGPT context so your next request can retrieve your selection. The panel may also retain limited private state to restore your criteria and display when ChatGPT supports it. These elements are separate from ImmoROIStudio’s temporary storage and do not constitute a contact request to a professional. Retention and removal within ChatGPT depend on the host: expiration of an ImmoROIStudio copy does not delete your conversation or its contents.

Contact requests and their recaps are deleted by the daily cleanup once they are 365 days old. Inactive beta requests are reviewed at 365 days; administrative archiving is not erasure. You may request deletion before those deadlines.

The two request and agent diagnostic logs are deleted by the daily cleanup once they are 90 days old. This cleanup does not cover account-event and email-delivery histories, for which no automatic deletion deadline currently applies. You may request their erasure at privacy@immoroistudio.com. Hosting providers retain their technical logs according to their service plans; those periods are separate from the retention of data stored by ImmoROIStudio.

An erasure request also covers copies in the team’s mailbox. Provider backups and logs follow their own retention cycles: deleting the active database record does not remove them immediately. We check the relevant copies when handling your request and explain the applicable limits.

6. Transfers and security

Some providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. We apply proportionate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@immoroistudio.com. You may also complain to the CNIL.
